EZ Dolly Warranty Information

At EZ Dolly, we take pride in building products that are durable, dependable, and built to last. Every EZ Dolly is backed by the following warranty coverage:

Lifetime Construction Warranty

Covers the frame, welds, and structural components for the life of the product against defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusions: Powder coating and paint finish are not covered under the lifetime construction warranty.

One-Year Electrical Warranty

Covers electrical components against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions: Batteries are not covered under the one-year electrical warranty.

Six-Month Axle Warranty

Covers the axle against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

30-Day Battery Warranty

The supplied battery is covered against manufacturer defects for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

General Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, overloading, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from use outside the intended purpose of the product.

EZ Dolly Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused and returned with all original parts and packaging.

  • Standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Custom-built or special-order products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an EZ Dolly error or an approved warranty claim.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • EZ Dolly reserves the right to inspect all returned products before issuing a refund.
